what diet would you all recommend to someone who is hopeless dieting, i'm eating more chicken wings for my supper, my problem is as well i don't eat breakfast often and i eat at the wrong times tooBoiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

Not sure it would suit my brain but it looked quite interesting - they were doing level 3 computerised book keeping. All looked flippin hard and a bit of a foreign language but they were all whizzing around the screen, from window to window , tapping away!

Maybe, who knows.
I can remember years ago, they should an operation of a man having an operation on his penis and the DR had to snap it. The sound it made bought tears to my eyes.

Claire, the best way is to make sure that you eat three healthy meals a day.
Skipping breakfast is one of the worst things you can do, as you can find yourself grazing on carp for the rest of the day. if you can't stomach a bowl of cereal or porridge, how about some fruit?

yeah, I am a bit Elli - on top of doing a 13 hour day yesterday. At least invigilating isn't particularly physically or mentally tiring, just a bit dull.
