eBayer wont sell me item...

Comments

  • Well, today I recieved an email from Paypal to say they have given me £20.

I'm confused to this as I never paid for the item anyway as it was cash on collection.

So I'm now £20 up, they have a neg.

will paypal try to get the £20 from the seller now?

This is another one of those weird ebay disputes, I really don't think ebay know what they are doing at all sometimes.

i think the comment was meant to imply that your still leaving negative even though you recieved £20. It just seems a tad harsh

Not at all, the only way to stop selllers like this is to warn other buyers , that way when they stop managing to sell anything they get the picture that this behavior is not acceptable.

HARSH??? It seems a little lenient considering they are free to offer the item again and simply refuse to sell it, if it has not made as much as they hoped for.

People like this should be struck off ebay. Its not too difficult to start a sale off with a minimum bid to ensure they get there moneys worth, albeit less the interested buyers.
