Ooo just realised I have passed my target! On 18/20 and I think I will hit 19/20 tomorrow. Thanks for this great challenge and nice thread :-)))
I am back on the ham sandwiches, but had a break for leftover chicken stew and couscous yesterday. I get a bit stuck on ham, once I open a pack I have to keep going so I use it up before it goes off. Any thoughts on how to manage this better? I only make lunch for myself, OH is too lazy to make lunches (it's his money he's spending so doesn't worry me!). I don't think ham can be frozen, or can it?
Thanks everyone!

How good am I? Was pursuaded by my sister to go out shopping with her yesterday afternoon and said categorically I wasn't eating lunch out. Went for a coffee at John Lewis' and still stuck to my guns, wouldn't let her buy a cake either which she wanted (when she hadn't eaten anything before that either). Relented and let her have small bar of chocolate but then came back to mine where I ate my salad and made her a sandwich.
Today I am having a tin of soup which I bought in with some other groceries last night because as it's Friday today I didn't want to make a batch of something that would not get eaten over the weekend and be wasted. So, this is not classed as buying lunch is it?? xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Well, I wouldn't class that as buying lunch - almost everything we eat we do pay for at some point, even if it's in the grocery shopping. I would class a non-paid lunch as one that I had not gone into a sandwich shop, cafe etc to buy on the day.

Cheers Moo. I'd say so as well. To me a non-paid lunch is something you have not planned so have to go out and buy on the day. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge.
