Got my domain name now need a web hosting site

Ok so I bought my domain name from 123reg for £5.99 for two years, which I am very happy with.
However at the moment I am running a website using Moonfruits free service. This was the first attempt at putting a site together and really just to try and get my image, logo and content sorted, which still isn't complete.
I don't need masses of space as the website is small and not very complex, but I do need full access and rights to change content etc.
I heard about fasthost and they seem good price - think it was about £50 for a year.
Can anyone offer some advice/recommendations.
I am struggling on making a decision as I am not up to scrath with all the terminology they use so do not know what I am comparing!
Thanks

Ive used justhost in the past http://www.justhost.com/ they have a promo at the moment for £2.95 a month which works out at £35.40 a year which will allow you to do pretty much what you want and more, unlimited space / bandwidth etc (within reason)
If you have a quidco account you can also get £20 quidco from them.0 -
Don't use Fasthosts. Their after sales support is rubbish.
Have a look at http://www.dataflame.co.uk/hostingmain.html0 -

Also was looking at the c-panel an it is bloody gobbledegook to me?!
Oh god - this isn't going to be as easy as I thought is it?!0 -
cPanel does come with video tutorials built in.0

Cpanel has its own working demo.

It's the Domain Owner demo you need to play with.
You won't ever use half of the options.0 -
