D.I.Y Q how to get these screw/things out off wall

  • I would say slowly slowly, just put a bit of filler in at a time and build it up

    How thick is the wall? Is it literally 12mm (ish) plasterboard?

    Your probably going to have to fill bit by bit, ie fill some, let it dry then fill next bit.

    Now if you'd just pushed them in a bit... ;-)
  • its very thin plasterboard walls........yep fill it in bit by bit lol if it stays and doesnt fall right through.....i will try and not push the remaining 4 right in lost other two down cavatiy

    Just interior filler..... easy, mix the powder with water to form a paste and get it into the hole and build it up!
  • How about this then.......remove skirting boards.........then carefully remove plasterboard.....maybe you'll need a detector to find all the screws.........then fix batons using no nails on the internal face of the plaster where the offending holes are.....then refit board and skirting........and you will now have six blind holes that will be easy to fill !! Hope this helps !

    Where do you live gooner ? maybee you could come and fix it for me lol .....iam a female who is struggling to fill the holes i don't think my D.I.Y skills would stretch as far as your suggestion but thanks sounds great in theory :T

    ohhh good idea thanks .....but !! lol do i cover the holes with that then squash in the filler ? or put filler in holes first then cover with that ? excuse my ignorance
