Going to the cinema - a waste of money?

It's going to be on DVD soon. If you rent online from lovefilm.com or screenselect.com it's way cheaper

hmm.. but then you don't get the cinema experience

But, do you care?

The single most efficient way of spoiling the experience of course!

The cinema isnt that expensive, if you are smart about it you can do 'orange wednesday' with a friend and it is only £2/3 each. I have my own big cinema system so am happy to watch at home, but if you dont, you really cant get any good feel for the movie.
    2 + 2 = 4
except for the general public when it can mean whatever they want it to.

We have given up going to the cinema and so have my children.

The special screening that is reduced in cost is in the middle of the day when everyone is working. To go in the evening is a ridiculous price so my daughter and her friends now hire DVDs and use someone's house to make an evening of it.

You might lose some of the cinema experience but for me that is actually a plus. I don't feel deafened by the volume when I watch at home, I don't get people talking all the way through or walking in front of me to go to the toilet. But the absolutely best thing is I don't get stuck with someone behind me who was taught no table manners and chews through the film with their mouth open.

Is there a CD available of people chatting on their mobile phones, getting up to go to the toilet, and having sex as background while watching a DVD?
I want the full cinema experience.

    Team America World Police

amazing film (by creators of south park)

you can get it for free using bittorrent, but i suggest you don't do that, as it's immoral and illegal

Instead, go to blockbuster and rent it
