Any Had Issues Ordering Sky Online via Quidco??

I ordered Sky HD through Quidco which where giving £65 cash back, then you have the £25 M&S Vouchers, so was a good deal. However as those of you know who have used quidco the deal has to be done entirely online, no communication at all with Sky etc via telephone or you wont get your cash back. Placed the order, it went through fine. I then got the following email.
Sorry we missed you!
Thank you for your Sky TV order. Your order number is ONxxxxx. Our customer service team have been trying to contact you by phone as we are unable to fully process your order right now.
As we have been unable to catch you we've had to cancel your order, but don't worry - you can still join Sky TV.
As your order has been cancelled, we've taken no payment from your account.
If you want to join Sky now or in the future, please call us on 08448 222 034, or join Sky online at https://www.sky.com/join.

I never received any call, so thinking I maybe put the wrong phone number or something, put the order through again, few hours later same email and I was 100% sure I put the right phone number this time.
So it seems online ordering is out the window, Sure I can order by phone but then loss £95 worth of freebies which was the deal clincher for me.

There could be a few reasons, if you have had Sky before then they will not allow you to order like this or you may need a special heights team, there could be others.0 -
I've just had an email saying "
We have successfully received your Sky TV order...We just need to confirm some details with you before we can proceed with your order. Please call us on 08442 411 686 as soon as possible so we can complete your order."
So, I rang, and have been told there is no order! I've been back and forth with them and they're saying there is no order, but then why have I received an email saying I have? I'm reluctant to do it again, obviously, and don't want to do it over the phone or I'll miss out on the freebies like the OP!0 -
I may be wrong but I think sky are pulling a fast one, my order was a straight forward install, no issues and if I order over the phone it will be fine. Confirmed, Sky are not taking orders through cash back sites, I went through Topcashback this time, for my parents, within 5 mins or placing the order I received email saying they received the order and the following.

This sounds like a familiar story. I ordered Sky on the 15th Feb 2009 under the £100 cashback offer, and to be honest this offer swayed me in taking up Sky over other providers. It was originally declined on Quidco but on appeal validated but never paid. I've just logged on this morning to find that once again it has been declined.
This does seems like a scam on someone's part, ironically enough the offer is still being advertised.

No update since Feb? I ordered Sky via quidco to get £100 back and just got the following email:
"
We have successfully received your Sky order. Your order reference number is 123456789.

You cant blame sky. If a cash back site is offering a deal it cant give then its them to blame, not sky0
