re benefit blushers, dandilion is great isn't it? i like throbb and have it, bt its hard no to be too havy handed with it. i also really like the georgia peach for the summer.

i needed the litre of bubble bath :rotfl: well maybe not a litre but it was half price and i needed bubble bath...was kinda tempted into buying make up bits and i havent wore make up for months (like maybe 6 months at least!) so maybe if i start to wear make up i can jusitfy it :rotfl:

oh and benefit is a major downfall for me too-i am one of those people who buy £100 worth of stuff when they collar you in debenhams and you feel you need to buy it :o:rotfl: crikey i really do need to start wearing make up again!

I used to be so terrible with the Avon brocures. Would ponder it for ages as to how I could order so much stuff for so little money. We don't have a rep anymore.

I also love the Benefit blushers but was a bit disappointed with the one they released at Christmas. Last year I was bought Powder Pop which had Dandelion, Hoola and Dallas in it. Was hoping that the one released this year would feature different ones but I think it had Hoola in it again. I also own Georgia which is lovely. x

    I've been Money Tipped!
I bought from Avon only once...tbh..I didn't like anything I bought very much at all. I'd rather by makeup I can see...colours look different in pictures/online: and smells I can smell...
noting I had fro avon would tempt me to buy anything else.

I buy shedloads of the Skin So Soft spray oil, but only on ebay, never from the actual Avon brochure as it's too expensive. It's the only thing that keeps the midges at bay up here in the summer.

I used to love the Planet Spa brown sugar scrub. Have now converted to Soap and Glory Spa sugar scrub which has lime oil in it and is yummy and citrussy. x

Yes, certainly did. I should have known better too, but money is tight and did what I thought to be ok. It's the first time I have been caught out. Did you report the seller too?
Yeah, I reported them and got a refund via a paypal dispute. I was suspicious right away but was unsure as I had never had Thrrrob! before. I took it into the Benefit counter in Fraser's and the girl was shocked. It was the brush, it was really pink and synthetic looking and the packaging was all torn inside the box.
I've just had a wee nosey on ebay, lots of the Dandelions look fake to me.

It's the best insect repellent money can buy, seriously. It's recommended in all the Hillwalking magazines and up North all of the hostels and wee local shops sell it to the hikers and climbers. We coat our tent in it before we head off to the hills. The wee blighters hate it! :rotfl:

Aww, sorry to hear about your (possibly) fake Dandelion. flying_fresian had a similar problem on last month's thread (see first post, page 42):

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2166773&page=42

Might be worth PM'ing her to find out if it was the same seller....? :(

Hey, thanks I will pm her and ask.

Yes, just been into Boots and she was horrified. She said its not as if they are a mega expensive brand in the first place, it is just that they are popular and this is why they are copied.

Oh, well, I am going to report it. I'm not going to contact the seller first, they know it is a fake or do I have too?
