I slipped up today. :o I work on checkouts in a supermarket and get really dry hands and during my shift I ran out of hand cream and although I have a few tubes at home, I bought one to use for the rest of the shift as I hate dry hands! I did get the cheapest one though - 84p.

I have used, by throwing them out/giving them away:

A body scrub that wasn't even a scrub! It was like a really sticky gel - ew. I think I bought it from Rosebys about 4 years ago!

And two small soaps from Lush, because they don't lather up enough for me. I have given them away though so they're not wasted.

Hi ladies, thanks for your kind posts and patience with me:o. Dh has calmed down loads which is great for him, but unfortunately im left to deal with the fall out and the questions from the kids etc. Mental health problems suck:(.

Well on topic, still nothing used up but thought i would try and get together some of my stash and do a photo. Bear in mind this does not include any hair products or shower/ bath products either:eek:. Or anything in use :eek:.

Deep breath and hope this works

    stash

I hope your ok :) and glad your OH is calmer now.

I'm loving the stash... is that 6 s&g hand foods  You must use is as sparingly (NOT) as I do hehe Lovely set of nail colours too :T
HI folks, I stumbled on this site just after xmas and have been reading this tread ever since. Iv just got the courage to join in.... I love this site and this tread is great, I thought I was the only one that spent on toiletries just for the sake of it. I would love to join this challenge and since 01 jan only spent £2.39 on toiletries, Im soooo proud... I will look forward to joining in from now on.

Hi power by name and nature :D £2.39 is great :T But I'm sure you could do better... only joking :rotfl:Thats pretty amazing actually and I wish I'd been that good. Glad you've decided to join in

I haven't used anything up or bought anything either. I'm doing quite well and tried on a bike jacket today that I really loved. It's given me more motivation to be good and save my pennies. I was given a lovely Revlon mirror today by my MIL. It's double sided and has a light in, lots posher than the £2 plastic one I use to put my makeup on in :o Actually she gave it to the OH for both of us... but seriously what is he gonna use a lighted mirror for? I claimed it and now it's mine lol :T It was kind of her... she was going to throw it away because it was too small and it's brand new :D
Even if you stumble, you're still moving forward.

Well, another step towards getting my Lush stash down to a less embarrassing size. I opened up one of my small gift boxes and used up a sumo santa ballistic (just two more ballistics in that box). I've got a Father Frost soap on the go in the shower and a Pears soap next to the bath (both nearly finished as well).

I'd normally be well down my Lush stash but our boiler is ancient and needs replacing, and so to get a decent bath, rather than a warm puddle (we've got a massive old bath) you have to turn it to hot water only, so the weather has to be quite mild to do that!

Still not bought anything else :T

NaB - well done on posting a pic, you're braver than me! Hope things have settled down for you. I can't begin to imagine how difficult it must be for you, but we're all here for you.
