Well clearly your going to have to kep going at it in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING for now

That said, if you press CTRL, ALT and DEL keys at the same time on the black screen does TASK MANAGER come up? If so select RUN and enter 'explorer.exe' (The bit in bold only)

If no luck ~
Please run COMBOFIX
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)
If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

ok thanks rik, i did try ctr,alt and delete earlier but nothing happened so will now try that combofix

You missed the top part (I sure hope what youve posted hasnt been removed!)

Priority for me is seeng the very top of the log and the deletions (If any) below it

Just goto C drive and find COMBOFIX.TXT

Open it and (Hopefully) it will all be there
