You can of course be charged without it.
but that was not the question..The question was backdating it..

RV drainage is included in the bill..It might be the higher figure but the bill does not show a drainage portion..It just shows price per RV
Sewerage rate (which is drainage as well) and water rate

Measured bills show the drainage on it's own and that is the one that normally goes back 6 years as the RV bill is more complected to change.

See what I mean ? The charge for RV is based on the fixed rate and not property type and 9 time out of 10 includes as standard the drainage and people are not aware if they pay it or now based on the bill.

So not wrong, just misunderstood..

I would imagine whether it's surface water or sewerage, if a property has benefited from the service then 6 years worth of charges should be levied but it all depends on the circumstances. It's actually properties built after 1990 that have surface water backdated 6 years (Depending on the company). Properties with an RV are backdated to 1 April. Sorry but can I just add that if all other charges are based on RV you cannot change to property type drainage.

True again and I did miss that..you can though have measured water and used with RV drainage but not RV water and foul with measured drainage.

So the answer to the main question is 6 years should the company wish to go back that far

No dummy or pram (thought it was toys and pram though)..It aint worth it..I do like the colour red as it happens (and if you check I do often use colours, Mostly cos my sight aint great and I can't really see the black on grey background "reply" ) but then you like silly little smilie faces..

You assume I am wrong but have yet to prove it so really not sure what the point of any of it is..Do you have nothing else to do ?
