a quick way of doing it- you see the little yellowy mountain icon above the box in which you are writing?*

if you click on that icon, you get a pop up box- just paste the URL of the image in there and click 'ok'

the URL is just another word for the web address. for instance http://www.handbag.com
is a URL.
