No courier arrived so I'm fuming now! Just checked on my nectar account & the 1000 points is now showing so that's 1 good thing at least.

I ordered a dress for my daughter with this code weeks ago and points have still not been added to my account. I have been in contact with Debenhams but to no avail. I think people need to be wary of this code as it appears to work for some but not others.

Just wondered if those people having problems have received their 1000 bonus points now. I have emailed Debenhams twice now that the 28 day deadline has passed and still not had any joy. Apparently Customer Services are dealing with my query. Quite irritated as they not only did not award me any base points either but actually deducted 50 for a damaged item that was then replaced!

I promised I'd report back on this some weeks ago before I was attacked for my ASOS post.

I never did receive my 1000 bonus points....meaning I bought some completely useless rubbish from Debenhams online for no reason! (was only doing it for the points). It said the points would be applied at the time of the order and on the screen, and they never were...that was back in mid July or so.

DONT believe the hype. These bonus points do NOT always work. I did get 1000 the first time and no doubt certain people here might think I'm being greedy, but let it be known that the 1000 points offer only happens ONCE!
