In the past when I have used a bonus points code I have found the points for the actual spend go on within a few days however the bonus points can take up to 28 day to show.

I have received my order but no bonus points as yet. I have emailed Debenhams customer services to see what has happened and will let people know when they reply.

In answer to your question,I don't know. Having not used the code myself but terms and conditions state points will be added to your Nectar account within 28 days. And this offer cannot be used with any other offer,promotion or coupon.

I have used many bonus vouchers in the past Sainsburys and BP,these always take time to be credited to your Nectar account,hope that helps.

Well, if they state in the T&C that the relevant 1000 points are to be credited into the account within 28 days, I can only assume they will....

Can't bring myself to pay £3.50 delivery for a mug I don't really need!

I've looked round the other things in the sale but everything I might

It did strike me that things at normal price are very expensive for a middle ground shop but perhaps I'm out of date?

Daft question - I don't suppose this offer of 1000 points is available in the actual shops? Saving the delivery costs would be a huge bonus.

Customer services confirmed that the code was accepted on the order so I guess its just a question of waiting. My sons love the football horn so everyones happy. (apart from my wife who says it is too loud )

Box comes up when you add item to basket then press update as instructed.

I used this code for a purchase of 10.00 childs dress in the sale but I still haven't received the extra 1000 points, only 20 for the purchase. I've contacted Debenhams and they say that the offer code was applied to the order and Nectar card queries should be directed to Nectar! I think people need to be a bit wary of this one as Debenhams aren't particularly cheap!
