did you go through the official complaints procedure with regard to these incidents ?0

Yes. And attended a mediation session as advised by management, but the member of staff did not turn up.Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0

The manager told me to stay in my room (you have to pass reception to leave the building) until he had spoken to head office and the member of staff. He then got a member of head office to phone me, who apologized on the staff members behalf, and said they were looking at possible solutions.
They then suggested I could have access to a big gate at the back of the property where the bin trucks go in and out, so I didn't have to pass reception, and suggested we avoid each other. Then they said head office said that wasn't suitable, and so proposed I left. He was apologetic, but admitted the member of staff wasn't willing to work out a solution or transfer to a different accommodation. As we left she stared at us, which the manager apologized for again, and said head office would be in touch, which they haven't been.Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -
sounds like a fairly useless management to me.... letting a receptionist rule the rooost....
nevertheless - staring and insults are not legal reasons for leaving a tenancy early - so you dont have a legal right to any more money......0 -

Perhaps not, but the fact that the management refused to do anything about it certainly is.0
