I would also be interested in why your property hasn't sold? What type of property is it and where in the UK? Maybe a rightmove link to help free up some suggestions?0

The main reason a house doesn't sell is the price - the figures don't stack up for any potential buyer to consider it a worthwhile investment.
As goldbyron says, a 10% drop makes a difference to the houses perception in the local market. It opens it up to a whole new bracket of buyers, plus the buyers who have a bit less again but could start bargaining.0 -

Houses are selling if they are priced appropriately. Have you researched land registry sold prices for the area?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

Much more urgent at this point to phone your bank/credit card provider I think...0 -
This will definitely be the same company as syh4free (see my thread started 16/12) you will probably have been valued by a Peter Stevens, maybe speaking to Michael Rolls or Simon Lewis or Jamie Helyer or a girl called Tasha. I would advise you to contact your card company and trading standards.0

Im unfortunately in that boat, it seemed like the perfect answer but now big regrets, hoping to get my cash back as seems like a scam but given completion date and buyers solicitor details so will keep you all informed if any more problems or if it goes to completion.0

Sorry more info, the buyers on to his 3rd lot of solicitors but ive been given a date for completion which will probably never arrive, but ive just had a thought, I contacted this company after seeing there ad many times in THE SUN newspaper, thought a big organisation like that may have did a bit research to see the quality and integrity of its advertisers, or I may be wrong?0

So when did you pay them the 1% of the selling price? They claim to pay you back 10% of this 1% (i.e 0.1% of the selling price) 14 days after you've paid them this 1%."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
