A while ago I sold a new unused lipstick from a designer brand. (I did put the brand name in listing)

I had purchased this from TK Maxx - it was in one of those sealed plastic baggie things that you can't actually see the colour, just the name and colour code. I only bought it as there were 3 in the pack and I was familiar with the other two colours. (Paid £9.99 for the 3)

So I put it on Ebay and was most surprised (and a bit disturbed) when the bidding went quite high - there were bids from USA, Europe, etc.

However, when I googled the product, it turned out that this was discontinued and many people had been looking for it - asking on forums, etc.

The lipstick eventually sold for over £20 and the buyer left lovely feedback as they had been looking for this for some time.

As long as you feel you have described the item accurately I don't think you should have a problem - you say the Atmosphere label is clearly visible in the pics.

You may just have something that people really want.

Why not try googling it and see what comes up or check Ebay completed listings for similar items and see what they have sold for.

Hope you have a successful and profitable sale:)

I wouldn't worry......as you say the Atmosphere label is visible in the photo's.
Primark/Atmosphere items nearly always seem to sell for more than what they cost.

    Especially if they're "Designer Look-a-likes". ;)

If you look at primark completed listings most are unsold at 99p, it is only the odd rare item that makes more.

I sold an 'atmosphere' bra on there which cost me £2.00. Was listed as worn once, but didn't like but was washed and in perfect condition.

    It went for nearly £15!!

I had a dress i bought on ebay for about a fiver it was not mrked as primark or any brand. I wore it a few times got bored resold it mentioning primark and it went for £12. Honesty is the best policy but also asking if you want to know is advised if you are buying. I might be miffed if i paid big money for not noted primark but i would also know its my own fault for not asking the brand. Hopefully your buyer has read the additions and is clued up.
