I now have a sparkly clean kitchen and once again, thanks to wondrous SODA. have a sparkly clean glass pull front on my cooker hood/extractor.
I stuck it in the sink with WUL and the grease felt like it wasn't shifting...had a tiny bit of soda left so I flung it in - job done with minimal elbow grease - reason had only a tiny bit left was I ran a HOT washing cycle with machine empty earlier in the week - wm drum is VERY shiny. Floor drying; sink bleaching (I washed up the drainers and bowl in the soda/WUL water, too) - plenty of time for the floor to dry before the teenies return...Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Just lost my post right before I was about to press 'submit reply'.
Anyway rather than mess about copying and pasting my list again I'll tell you what I did do.
Empty and refill DW
Wipe table
Clear floor
Clear and wipe worktops
Wipe large appliances
Wipe small appliances
load the TD
I'm not doing any more flying until later and I'm having half an hour to myself now before the school run. So There!:p
Hugs all round to everyone. My eyes are really tired so I don't want to be reading through the thread now as I've got OU work to do tonight. I've just started a 12 week course on bookeeping and accounting and although this is week one I've already done the work for week one and I'm half way through week two so I want to stay ahead of myself.
See you all later for another HHC in my kitchen!
ETA: Well done Purple, Lemanie and Valli...you all got loads done.0 -
Afternoon, Flyers.
Thursday ~ Bathroom, WC and Study
Level One
Declutter and vacuum/mop floors in these rooms! Done
Set pc to declutter cache and defrag while you scrub the fixtures and fitting in the bathroom/wc. Done
Level Two
Polish screens (microfibre cloth and a dab of white vinegar brings them up a treat) and mirrors and glass shelves. Done
Shine taps and shower rails and radiators Done
Remove 10 dead/unused links from your favourites and clear out some of your inbox! Done
Level Three
Remove all dirty laundry/smelly soft furnishings to the wash basket Done; towels straight into WM for doing tonight on cheaper leccy.
Replace bathmats/shower curtains/sponges and toothbrushes that are manky Done – need to get Mr LW a new toothbrush as his has officially died; he'll have to share mine til the weekend (ie remove the head I use and attach his own).
Declutter and wipe the desk.. do any filing you find on there! Done
Extras- Clear and wipe and windows/french doors Done Tuesday (lounge and study are same room)
- Sort all empties to recycling and make a note of anything you need to restock Done – air dusters ordered
- Sort through CD/DVD shelves.. dust and fling any that are no longer of use! Done
- Wipe over any sofas/chairs Done; See “2” above
- LW's extra – put Mr LW's box of tapes (recordings of The Navy Lark and similar) for lofting. Done
Nearly forgot to eat lunch today:( - then when I finally remembered, I had a sort of overwhelming desire for raw onion. What the heck's all that about? *insert Confused smilie*
Mr LW rang me a few minutes ago; he's got to apply a patch at 18:00 this evening, so he's going to be leaving the office half an hour early, so that he can do it from home, otherwise we'd be horribly late having our dins. So I'd better get off my bum and get my WiiFit+ exercises done, out of the way.
I hope everyone's having a good day, and the Grump Gremlins have all dispersed.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Run malwarebytes
Run spybot search and destroy
If necessary run hijack this and report the log on the techie board. Techie board gives links to downloads of the above if you don't have them.
HTH
PS why do you think it was scam?

When i checked this morning i had one from someone on my friends list that had the same link as one of the ones on mine. I deleted it and didn't click to open.
Should i just close the account down and start again??Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0
