    Afternoon all

    Today's list done.

One load of washing spread round.

Made a victoria sandwich and a batch of little fruit cakes.

Dinner cooking now, nearly time to serve up. Not caught up yet so I hope everyone's OK.

I wish I knew what next door were doing that makes a booming noise. Perhaps they're training lions in there.......

    Happy Birthday Mumof2:bdaycake:

  • Hi guys...not been around here this week, I've just been really busy. I've been working Monday, Tuesday, busy with DD2 Wednesday and I've finally got an hour to myself while DD2 is at nursery and DD1 at school.:j:j:j

So I'd better get some flying done while I can. I'm going to start on the kitchen and hopefully I can do right through to level 3 in a HHC starting now. Anyone else in?

ETA: Just seen your posts lemanie and valli so I'll jump in with you two. Off we go.....

Morning all, feel like howling as have put on a pound this week, rather than take one off! I hate being wobbly!!!!!
Don't let it get you down - you're doing really well and it's not easy quitting smoking and losing weight at the same time. Take it a day at a time - see if you can increase your exercise, even by 10 minutes a day, as the more muscle you have the more efficiently you'll burn fat.

My mother then rang asking if I wil go collecting tonight as they are desperate.. I REALLY don't want to.. but as I am so darn nice I said 'if I must' I'm not sure I can do 2.5 hours of walking in the freezing cold!!
It'll help burn off the extra meal :p:D

Car has been in for surgery (new cam belt & water pump) and my credit card is suffering...

Walked from the garage to the gym, spend half an hour in the gym, walked to the running shop, did some tests on the treadmill and came out with a lovely new pair of trainers, then walked back to the garage. So I've done 14,000 steps already today, but no work :o so I'll have to try to have a productive evening.

Last client was a no-show. Need to bung the washing in the machine, find some lunch and empty the DW while it's cooking.
