Morning all, Happy Birthday to Mumof2 and sympathetic hugs to all us grumps - something in the air? Mules maybe? :D
DD2 is stressing - 6th form options form has to be in on Friday - she's decided on Geography and Photography..but can't decide between Double Applied Leisure or English Language or Sociology and Film Studies! May be in a bunker hiding by tomorrow night!!!!

Know the feeling, we are finding options really stressful and everyone else seems so calm

Right.. enforced, compulsory no escaping from HHC..

10:30-11am.. I will allow you to start 15 minutes either side but you must do the 30 minutes!!.. unless you break yourself trying :p

LOUD music.. open windows to freeze off your extremeties.. fresh air will do you the world of good!!.. roll of binbags and go.. we can all have a well earned cuppa afterwards and might actually be less crotchety!

Eeek, just realised I am late, should be working but was catching up with you lot over a cuppa but if you insist, off I go!

    muhahahahaha

just logged onto the school website and they're not having a snow day (since it started thawing when it stopped snowing I would have been mightily surprised had school been closed) - more importantly the the comp is open so the house isn't cluttered up by hulking (DS) and moody (DD) teens.

    *sighs with relief*

bathroom cleaned - WM x 3 TD on busy busy busy....

Done my HHC and didn't stop the whole time (even though the postie brought me some more birthday cards!)

    Anyhow,
    Thursday all done please xx

Thursday ~ Bathroom, WC and Study
    Level One
    Level Two
    Level Three
    Extras

My extras (apart from daily jobs):
Get DH to sort through piles of paper everywhere that I can sort and start to file
    Take plastics for recycling
    Clean out cutlery drawer (yuk)
Sort through kitchen drawers and get rid of stuff
Strip covers off car seats and wash and then list on ebay
List hair straighteners on ebay / Netmums

I even cleaned the French doors which have been on my list for a few weeks now and they look so much nicer now - you can actually see through them :).

Going to do a coffee now and eat my Twirl I stashed away yesterday ;). The dog is giving me 'the look' so need to walk her too and then get DS from pre-school. At least I'll be able to relax this afternoon knowing all my jobs are done.

Lady L, sending 'stay on the up' vibes to you - let's banish all the down thoughts and keep the black dog well away from us shall we ((hugs))

Valli, kid free zone eh - great isn't it. We don't have any snow down here thankfully and I don't want any next week as DH is away in the States all week :(

Pinny, you made me smile with you saying you thought you were ovulating as found one of the workmen quite attractive - what are you like! I know what you mean though ;)

Macpep1, thanks soooo much for sharing that information on your DH ..... very attractive thought!

Oh OK Piggers, but you should be nice to me on my burfday!

    Why???

    I emptied a laundry basket!!!!!
2 loads folded and away.. why does this take hours?
    2 loads in WM
    1 load in TD
    DW on
Sorted dinner for tonight for chimps
Burned both hands with fat from frying pan.. I now have little sore marks all over both hands!
Cooked food for OH and myself...

Halfway through my friend rang to ask if we are still going out for dinner.. oops I forgot!! VERY quickly digesting a whole plate of food now lol I NEED to fit that carvery in!

My mother then rang asking if I wil go collecting tonight as they are desperate.. I REALLY don't want to.. but as I am so darn nice I said 'if I must' I'm not sure I can do 2.5 hours of walking in the freezing cold!!

I still have my dress to sort for Saturday as well..

I feel like Cinderella.. having to scurry about sorting stuff for everyone else when I NEED to get my own self ready.
