In my time keeping snakes, I had 13 at one stage, I had several that cost more than £400 (retics, green tree pythons, rare royal morphs) the most expensive I bought was an Albino Royal for £1800. The very first snake i bought died within 2 weeks of buying it and the shop I bought it from refunded the money straight away, when I told them it had refused to eat from day 1. I had to sell all my snakes 2 years ago to make an extra room in the house for the kids, the wife is happy she got a drawer in the freezer back from me keeping the rats, mice and rabbits in there (rabbits where for 11 foot Dwarf Retic).
