mobiles.co.uk - bolt on change query

Hi, I purchased a blackberry 8900 back in September last year with a 13 months half price line rental, unfortunately i broke the phone but luckily i have been given a HTC hero.
As i was on the blackberry tarrif previously I rang o2 to ask if they could change my bolt on to the data bolt on but they said to ring carphone warehouse.
So i did that but they can't recognise my number on their system (mobiles.co.uk part of cpw).

I've been to the mobiles.co.uk website but theres nothing under customer service for account related queries?
All i want to do is keep my cashback and have my bolt on changed from unlimited blackberry > unlimited data - I am happy to pay the same amount but I have no idea what to do.

I have tried to email the representative on this website but its not working and have just sent an email last night to mobiles.co.uk but I do not know if they will answer this as there was no specific department to send it to.

Can someone point me in the right direction or how to get hold of the representative?

Thank you

    eherm contact customer services ....

    https://securesite.mobiles.co.uk/contact-customer-services-team.html

They might reply ..... you hope....or try contacting their rep on this forum whose email is "ben AT mobiles" .

I would have thought o2 would be the ones responsible for it unless they cant do it because its fixed bolt on part of the tariff (in which case you might not be able to change it). Not sure. Probably get passed back to O2.

    Their phone number is 01923 804 444 - Option 7 (Mon to Sat 9:10am to 5:15pm)

PM not allowed - forum rules. He might appear in week and see this - then again may not.
Try the email and contact form.

When you take out a new contract through a 3rd party you can only have either the free of charge unlimited texts or free Blackberry bolt-on, you can't change this for any other bolt-on.

This is quite strange - I guess I'm going to have to call mobiles.co.uk tomorrow and find out.
I dont understand how you are able to downgrade contracts after about 9 months but I can't get a simple change made!

    Hi there,

Any package changes would need to be made via the network, we don't (and can't) have any access to the network systems to do this sort of thing.

    Regards,

    Lol,
O2 have told me I need to talk to carphone warehouse

Rang up mobiles.co.uk - they said they can't change it

It turns out when you buy a contract from mobiles.co.uk you cant change remove your bolt ons even though this is stated in o2 t and cs.

    What a joke.

I already explained this in my above posts.

And you have agreed to Mobiles T&C's, not o2's.

No I didn't agree to Mobiles t&c's as its not even stated in there?
I would be very grateful if you can point this out to me as I couldn't find it and the clueless staff at mobiles.co.uk couldn't back up what they were saying.
    thanks
