Hopefully shes lieing then. Some of the buyers have shops so she could be contacting them. Its really stressing me out

Remind her (politely) that her messages to you are being saved and constitute harassment under Harassment Act 1997,
In the meantime inform ebay she is harassing you, either via e-mail or phone. If they fail to satisfy you then take it further.
Regarding the item she has no case for protection, it's all in your favour.

ok what i bought was a giftcard so would cost and weigh same as a letter. on the phone to paypal atm they arent interested in the sellers threats, harassment or even the fact they sent me a letter. so when the recorded is attempted theyll basically side with the seller.

Its for anything bought on ebay via paypal so if she sends it later than 7 days after the auction/BIN she is not covered by paypal seller protection. So she will lose the dispute

You should be covered but you may have to remind paypal of this

In my opinion you have to remind paypal of everything.

what i bought is a light item so again the posage weight wont come into it and how do paypal know what the postage weight is? all shes provided them with is tracking information

I've come a bit late to this thread, but if the item doesn't feel like the greeting card then don't open it and send the thing still sealed to Paypal (if it gets that far), and give them your permission to open it.

I am very fed up now. Before I twigged who their bf id was and blocked him, he managed to bid on several of my items and won one didnt pay etc. Well ebay have now suspended me for shill bidding with that username! Yet its clear it is her shill bidding with him as the only feedback hes got is from her. I am getting very fed up with ebay they never listen
