Just thought I'd share my weekend cheeriness as it is the first weekend in nearly a month that OH has been at home (he is a Royal marine reservist) He has had to pop out this morning for a couple of hours to fix a friends car so I am pottering around making our home all lovely ready for our weekend of chilling out and enjoying each other's company for once!
Hope everyone has a great weekend!Clearing debt to save for a simple wedding.Starting 2016 With debt of £77000 -
What does happen when someone cannot keep track of their affairs?
You need to talk to her about giving you power of attorney. It is a legal document that allows you to act on her behalf. You need to get this arranged whilst she can still agree to it. We had it for my grandmother and it was essential. I've just had a quick google - try this http://www.publicguardian.gov.uk/Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Lou - Must be worrying for you - is she living alone? I don't know how these things work but I'd imagine that if you had a chat with her Dr they'd get social services to help out. Good luck at the bank."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0
