Phone HSBC's customer services, explain what has happened and you'd like to report it to the fraud department.
Yeah, that sounds about right.
Can they do that?....How the hell has anyone got my details to do that?
Next to the transaction it say's "dr" What does that mean?0 -

I found HSBC fantastic (I actually bank with First Direct, but they use HSBC fraud dept). I had almost £500 taken from my bank account and it was used for online shopping, mobile phones, blockbuster (12p transaction!) etc.
I can honestly say, they bent over backwards to help and reassure me as I couldn't believe how they had got my details, (I only use a credit card for online purchases), they said could be a card reader or a dodgy retailer.
All sorted within days and refunded back to me. Wouldn't bank with anyone else, First Direct and the HSBC are great.0 -
Anybody else help on this matter???0

If it's still the Fraud Dept number you're after, I just Googled and found this:
http://www.hsbc.co.uk/1/2/personal/credit-cards/security
but couldn't tell you if this would be the number you need as I don't bank with HSBC... the page is to do with card fraud but it may be the same dept.
Otherwise I came across this thread on another forum with various contact numbers:
