A couple of my elderly friends who should recieve the CWP's haven't yet got anything, yet have been struggling - like most - to stay warm.

It's a strange beast IMO.

That was the case but isn't anymore, they now use data from the weather station in Weston Park, Sheffield.

Benefits and Tax Credits seemed the most logiical place to enter this subject.

I'm afraid this particular "Board Guide" is a bit trigger happy and has previous with this sort of thing. Just can't get the staff, I suppose.
