Hey all, a relevative is having a clear out and it looks like i may end up with a large number of vhs, hardback reference books and hb/pb novels. I've been told to make what money i can out of them, then freecycle or charity the rest. (I have a fantastic family who appreciate my MSE quests!).
Question - where do you sell heavier books and vhs? Ive used Amazon lots of times, mainly for selling dvd's though and lighter paperbacks, not sure about the heavier one though but suspect some at least will be worth more than what I'd get if I carbooted them?

I've had some great VHS sales on Amazon at work Nicki_Sue. Lots are not valuable but some can get ridiculous prices. Best I've sold one video for was £40!

Thanks aureol - I've have a look at those links tomorrow. Going out to get drunk soon, and to celebrate my friends 30th

Evening all, naff this month (again) but never mind.. it's all helpful!
I've just put another £10 in the pot what my Mum has given me for giving them a lift tonight.

I can't complain really at my lack of progress again cos I've not made any effort at all, so I can expect nothing else!!

I really need to shake myself up a bit next month and get motivated so that I can really get my Florida saves up and running.. sounds really far away, but when I think about the fact that it's only actually 11 pay days I panic a bit..! Meanings as it's about £1700 balance, £1000 spends and £1500 park tickets we need... Not going to think about it too deeply or I'll hyperventilate.

    Essay, sorry :o

Can any one give me any details about survey sites please? Or any oher ways to make money? (i already do the cashback sites but as most of you know it takes time for those pennies to add up!!)
