Account Error on HMRC Website = Now Facing £100 Fine!

I received a letter today from HMRC saying I owe £3000, this is beacuse I am still unable to retrieve my SA online and make the necessary amendments.
I phoned today to be told they still havn't fixed the bug, so I will have to write in with the amendment instead.
Brilliant eh ?
