The fine is either £100 or less if the tax due is less. If you have no tax to pay, then any fine imposed will be cancelled once you have filed.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0

Hi, do you get access denied error when trying to log in?
If so click next and this should take you through.
If it then asks you to enrol you have the wrong User ID/password, if not then you will be able to access your form.0 -

Sounds like your computer maybe showing a cached page.
Do you know how to delete your temporary internet files?0 -
Ok, once you've tried that make sure that you restart the browser.
Then manually type in https://www.hmrc.gov.uk (don't use a favourited link)
Click self assessment from the left hand side (green box) and make sure you manually type in the details

Why have you left it so late to file the return? If you didn't work, then it should have been fairly simple to complete the form earlier in the year.0

If its asking you to enrol then its generally the wrong user id and or password. Unfortunately I don't have access to the system (and obviously even if I did I couldn't check it for you) but its a generic error which either happens for 2 reasons.
1. wrong user ID and password
2. a cached page
Hope you get it sorted.0 -
Final thought - you didnt try to register again at any point did you?
On the page where it asks you to enrol click log out and then attempt the log in again!
User ID that your using, is it the one on the blue card? Either 12 numbers or a mix of numbers and letters
Password - between 8-12 characters (both numbers and letters)0 -
No problem.
Did you reset them by email or post? Sorry I;m not trying to be nosey, just trying to think of every avenue that may be causing the problems (have seen this one so many times before!)
BTW there open until 10pm up until the deadline (staff dependant of course)0 -

Okay, what are you trying to reset? password? or user ID?
What are you entering i.e. postcode or NINO (im not asking for the details just incase anyone thinks I am lol)
The email that you are entering is it the one you registered with?0 -
Why did you wait so long to file online??? Youve had the chance to submit your return since April 2009. I have no sympathy for people who leave it late.0
