We are quite obsessed with being green. We already compost/recycle everything we can - although not as good as the people last week on the TV with 1 bin per year! We never chuck out food - all the leftovers get made into something or into the dog!
This year my partner is putting up turbines on his family farm and we are putting PV panels on the roof which will get the new feedin tariff.
I'm having a big clearout and instead of the bin I am doing my best to ebay/gumtree so it gets reused. This is actually quite time consuming as it's all small amounts of money but I feel good about doing my bit.
It's getting to the stage where I feel it's morally wrong to waste anything!!!0 -
