After having the Conservatory roof fall in with all the snow and making an insurance claim, we're having a new roof - BUT - we're going to reuse the old poly carb roof panels on our (home made) cold frames to grow more of our own veg.
Plus, the new roof comes packed in bubble wrap - ideal for packing all that ebay selling.:beer:

I'm going to stop buying new clothes which have been shipped from thousands of miles away. I have a perfectly good sewing machine (I even have a hand-powered one too but one step at a time, eh?) and used to make plenty of my own clothes, so why not start again.

Oh, and I will try to get my husband to control his methane outbursts.:D
