I'm going to build a raised bed to grow my own fruit & veggies. I'v already started to walk some places instead of driving (to save money initially) but its green too!!:j

I'm going to transform part of the garden into a vegetable patch and also grow more fruit, including planting at least one more fruit tree (probably a pear, possibly a plum too).

Inspired by the family on TV who only put out one dustbin of rubbish per year I'm going to try to reduce the amount of waste that comes into the house and therefore ends up in the bin (recycling or otherwise), by reusing my own bags and containers more when shopping.

Already compost, recycle, grown own fruit and veg, keep hens etc and wear more layers, so now I am training the cats to sit on rather than beside me for shared warmth
