It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Morning all.. mm I had porridge this morning too, yum! Have fun at Uni Linda.

Happy and a bit knackered this morning after a good run last night - had such a good sleep though (apart from the weird dreams that I seem to be having every night at the moment). It's a lovely day out there too :j

I love porridge but whenever I make it it explodes all over the microwave. I did wonder if I could make it in the slow cooker the night before and get up to a hot brekkie in the morning but I'm not sure.

I'm having my equipment delivered in a few mins, then my financial assessment from social services to see if I need to pay anything towards my carer. And I've found my handbag! It was under the settee, so when the ss lady's gone I can go get my tablets.

Hope everyone has a good day!
