  • morning all!

I've been doing betmunch's matched betting for nearly 3 weeks now, I've made a profit of over £100 so far....his guide is great, makes it really straight forward and easy to follow......mind you my heart still races and I check and double check everything 3 times before I press 'confirm' but all is going well....I definitely wouldn't have been brave enough to go it alone as I know nothing about football and had never laid a bet before, but I'm very happy that I took the plunge with his guidance. Yay for betmunch!

On another note, does anyone know where I can get cheap bookmark tassels from? I'm thinking of making some laminated Brief Encounter bookmarks from my drawings to sell at a local gift shop, seeing as I live in the town where they filmed it.

You can find tassles at hobby crafts and even on ebay. I tend to make mine to be honest as they are rather cheap and easy, just depends I suppose how many you are looking to want to have lol!!

I'm going to have a go at the matched betting when I feel a bit better - head cold, ugh - so I'll be on here every five seconds going "Help, help!" :o

If you google 'how to make tassels for bookmarks' you get a load of sites, I think it's pretty easy. What colour are you wanting them? I've got a load of embroidery thread i'll never get round to using if you'd like some, my sister got the wrong idea about what I wanted for Christmas!
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

Oh, shame, I was hoping you'd say lilac or cream as that's what she's mostly got me! I've got a couple that might do, you can get nice silver embroidery thread, I don't think I've got any of that left though... PM me your address and I'll send anything suitable :) What I actually wanted was some cotton to use with my sewing maching, but she thought i meant embroidery thread, and I haven't got the patience for embroidery or cross-stitch lol.

Does anyone know if there's a copyright policy for selling things you've made from cut-outs from books on Etsy? Have had a really good idea ;)
