Nixi - try not to be too hard on yourself, having children is a full-time job without everything else on top.
Just try and take 1 hour to concentrate solely on what you want to do and 'do one thing' a day. I know how you feel about things going slowly x0 -

lol! Bless them, just in time for half term! I'm better, had a good old rant last night and this morning I am ready to get going again! Got a call back over the shop, someone put in an offer for it 2 days ago, so back to the drawing board, no point in looking if I will have to fight for it! No snow here as yet but blooming freezing, think we've got damp in our bedroom as well (on wall next to fitted wardrobe where boiler is <not great>
