    I've been Money Tipped!
    Right

I feel ready to put some commitments down if that's ok?

List 4 ebay items - done
Investigate Country Markets re selling homemade cakes
Make 2 things to sell on Folksy
    Add existing items to Folksy

    Thanks
  • Well my writing is done. I'm going to do some crafting tonight, and hopefully get some things to list on the site! That's needed doing for a while.
Then I need to do some Dooyoo, and bingoport (Is is possible to get cash from there, or just Amazon vouchers?)
Then some blog updates, and I'll try and do some promotion.

But first...fish and chips! (I should weight 20 stone on my diet, I swear.)

Give these a call in the first instance - then when you've got the paperwork through seek as much advice as possible - i.e. through CAB, it's a massive task and you need to know exactly what to put to do your claim justice, else genuine claims can stand a chance of losing out. I've not claimed personally but have completed claims on behalf of clients and it's not as straightforward as many perceive. I would definitely consult someone who has experience in completing this paperwork. Once your claim has been processed, the chances are you may need to appeal. I see so many people claim amounts that they aren't entitled to and frequently those with genuine claims but no knowledge of the system often receive lower rates.
    Just £10,852.28p to go...

Em bit further forward than that. claimed, disagreed with decision, appealed, got to tribunal, tribunal board adjourned tribunal for ATOS Dr to write report which has been done and Tribunal service has sent me a copy of it, no explanation of what the report actually means andnothing about what happens next.

As far as I know, they make a decision and write to you, unless they want to talk to you again, when they'll ask for another meeting, usually over the telephone.

Thats just what CAB told me, I haven't been there. Yet. Waiting for my tribunal appointment...got more medical evidence on the way, though, am I allowed to submit that now?

Nix - I'm getting there :rotfl: Waiting for OH's fifa game to finish so we can get some food then I'll PM you back. Thank you for your help so far :)

That sounds about right - i've known it to take the best part of a year in total to reach resolution (from point of appeal). I'd chase it up on a daily basis - the stage you're at it shouldn't take long for a decision.
