  • I wouldn't let myself post in here until I'd made a start on my eBay commitment, took longer than I anticipated! Anyway, that's 12 items listed, and I have another 15 photos taken so ready to list those. I do wish I'd got my act together earlier tonight to get them all on a nice 5 day posting, but hey ho, the grocery shopping wasn't going to do itself! I'm amazed at the amount of stuff I have around here! Well done Mambury, I see you've made a start too, enjoy your chill time!

Well Munchki, a free teddy and a hug from elly68 will keep you going a bit longer! And when you're feeling down, do yourself a favour and read your own siggy ;) Will we be without you when you jaunt off to Glenrothes?

Elly68 those keyrings sound neat and I'm sure the kids would all love them. Our kids had a pupil-run tuck shop where they also sold pencils/pens/rubbers etc, so that sort of thing would be ideal for you to see how these will go! I'm rubbish at figuring out how much though.....

alyssa_liss that's great news about your car!! I know what you mean about being sad, all my cars have had names, my first was Garfield.... :D

Saucy, hold on to your dreams honeybun, you just never know what the fates have in store for you!

Natnat, I wonder if you'd left your exercise clothes all sweaty if they'd go for huge amounts of money?? :rotfl:

jo70mo - hope you're ok hun, if you're feeling dreadfully tired and don't know why, you're best to get yourself checked out, might just be needing a pep-up of iron or something.

Jane, you're turning green! Lol well done honey. I got my grandmothers old sewing machine a few months ago, it was really well looked after and has been tucked away since she passed. I had grand ideas of playing with it.... no idea where to start though!

And to everyone else who's around, I'm not missing you out, dodgy hugs and positive thoughts all around! :grouphug:

Seem to be getting into my ebay groove, a little bit anyway.

Did ebay about 4/5 years ago, quite successfully, then got busy at work and stopped.

Started selling some bits again, doing okay considering its all stuff that would normally end up in the bin/recycling.

how much do you think i should charge they are the swivel clasp ones thought they would be ideal for kids starting school as they can easily be attached to zippers /bags ect cost of goods work out at 21.5 p each plan to make 200 initially .think i am going to approach p/a at kids school and see if they want to sell them at the school when they do the school uniform order for new intake and give them a cut .

I would say price should depend on whether you are targetting them at the kids themselves or as a practical thing for the parents to buy. Definately worth a quid of anyones money though.

Infact, as a starter, could you maybe possibly do me some with 'Jayden' on, say 4 for a fiver including postage ;)
I will love you forever and forever :D Nothing has his name on and he has bags everywhere (preschool etc) since he's newly toilet trained. Slightly classier than good old permanent marker on everything :rotfl:
