  • I can't believe how much energy some of you lot have, you're like human dynamos, I can get exhausted just reading about all the stuff you do....mind you I did once have a boss that said I was so laid back I was almost horizontal. But I can quite honestly see a few pretty good new businesses being started because of this thread and I reckon a fair few of you are going to smash the target before 2010! :T

anyway commitments update: took the postcards to the printers, placed two matched bets and I'm two thirds of the way through completing my brief encounter bookmark design.

hope no one minds but I would like your opinions on the bookmark. bookmarkwip.jpg

I'm going to make the clock end rounded and add a bookmark tassel, but do you think it'd be better to shape it around the clock and use the middle of the clock as the hole for the tassle or add an extra couple of cms onto the end for the hole to be punched through? Please tell me your thoughts.

There's no way I'm going to get all my commitments done this week as another drawing was also on there to be completed, but I've spent 3 days drawing this blinkin' bookmark and is isn't even finished! :(

    Evening everyone!

Just saying hello! Everyone seems v busy today, it's great:T
I had 2 sales on ebay last night but haven't listed anything else yet, will do it by the end of the week, promise!

Joined BB 4 days ago, haven't won anything yet. Put £10 in and they matched it but I can't use it yet, how long is it until I can? Been used my daily £5 obviously. Was just prepaying but actually played today while the kids were both asleep (rare occurance!)

I have registered with 3 MS agencies, 2 are walk-in assignments, my problem is I am 45 minutes away from a major town so don't seem to be getting much, not costing me anything to look though. The 3rd is a call one so just waiting for the recording equipment to come then I can get going with that.

Working on another business idea and want to do a blog, is it as easy as just registering with blogger or someone and typing away? Do you get paid when people read?

Off out to a pre-school commitee meeting in a min so will catch u all tomorrow :)

    yay well done!

never mind phoning HSBC.... Virgin Holidays have got a sale on, phone them instead, couple of weeks whizzing round the theme parks in Florida followed by a month somewhere with white sandy beaches and where the decking outside your bedroom door has steps down into a crystal clear sea.....HSBC! pffft!!

LOL, I was a little surprised! I should really have left it a few days to get some interest on it, I suppose...

Anyway I've fessed up and presumably someone will be put up against a wall and shot tomorrow.

Blimey 2 cats!! Lend us a tenner lol!

Cake- that drawing is incredible... I hate you!! I can't draw to save my life! r.e.the tassel I like the idea of the shaped end as long as it wouldn't cover up too much of the drawing.
