Serendipity - I love that word. I have it down as one of my favourites for a cat's name. Although the list is very long:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0

This has just reiterated to me the fact that gambling sites must RELY on a significant number of people who take up offers like this to become hooked in order to continually fund new members! I know that he has a business to run and a profit to make but he has been qn unpleasant piece of s**t if you ask me!
When she emailed me with his comments on Saturday I was spitting bricks at what he had done/said (and I did feel guilty cus as I said Iput her on to BB and I have never had any probs in fairness), but she is quite meek and mild when it comes to things like this (complaining) whereas I am a first class moaner who likes a good fight! I told her to email this (below) which she did and has not heard anyhting as yet. Although even if she does she wont take it any further:-
I WAS a member when the original offer was made and you accepted my deposit of £10. I have not been notified of any changes to the terms and conditions of the free 30 day play of 30x£5 bonus. The tone of your email is deeply offensive- I feel I have no alternative but to forward this matter to the Gaming Commission as you have broken the terms of the contract that we made. I have not broken or abused the rules- it appears that you have blocked my account simply because I have won- it does not state anywhere on the site that I cannot play only bonus games as stated in your previous email.
Therefore as per the UK Gambling Commission rules I am ask that this case be put before your appointed independent third party for investigation.
(This is taken from the complaints procedure (http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/gh-contact_us/complaints/how_do_i_complain_about_a_gamb.aspx) which I am sure you are aware of. )
"How do I complain about a gambling transaction?
All licence holders should have a clear policy on dealing with complaints. This policy must include the process to follow in making a complaint and should be readily available to you in writing. You should follow the process below when you make a complaint:-
Complain, in writing, to the licence holder concerned providing as much detail as possible. You should keep a full record of the complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, ask the licence holder to refer the dispute to their appointed independent third party for investigation.
- The independent third party should then contact you in the course of their investigation.
If I do not hear from you within 3 working days I will pass this on direct to the Gambling Commission.

I think it encapsulates all the rest of the jewellery sections after your Wedding Collection. Serendipity is such a beautiful word meaning lots of lucky finds. Very apt for your beautiful jewellery.:)
Thankyou so much! Feel free to butt in with compliments like that anytime you want :-) that's a beautiful name but unfortunately it's one of the two words I cannot pronounce properly to save my life - it comes out as serenpidity! ( specifically is the other one btw!)
Quite like Serenity though...hmm sounds like old people home now I think about it lol!
Oh well - thanks everyone again for your suggestions, bingo was so wrong when he said all we do is dribble, that's two problems you lot have solved for me in the last 2 days - this thread rocks!!0 -

I vote for 'serendipity collection' as well. That's perfect. You can write a blog about the week you spend trying to learn how to pronounce it properly! xxJust £10,852.28p to go...
