phew, was convinced Finn woke up when went in for our new dreamfeed - he got very cranky at the bottle but happily took the boob just fine. Strange - he's been very obstinate with bottles lately, even trying a couple of different teats, so methinks we need to do a daytime 1 for a week or so just to get him back used to it.
Glam, hope Jack sleeps better for you tonight!
I don't know how you guys are on until midnight, 1am most nights - past 10pm and I'm pooped!!

I squandered my night in a hotel room on my own by staying up drinking til 2.30am and having to get up at 7am and speak for 40 mins in front of 60 managers of construction companies

I miss mornings where we used to sleep til 10am or beyond...not that we have had many over the last 5 years but we used to have maybe one a month or 6 weeks before Benjamin was born.
Mooki - will try the pillow between the legs trick but have never managed it before. I am going to take a couple of co-codamol before I turn in and pray for the best.
...oh - can I take co-codamol whilst BF?please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman

I'm confused, I have most the symptoms of thrush but the pain is far from the hideous level they describe and I don't have latching pain
Ed could be acting this way because he's teething, any BFers know if 'weird' feeding could cause pain in the boob at random intervals?
mfd - read the leaflet
I think its ok though 0 -

Not until Wednesday.. we're learning trouble shooting then!

ETA: Didn't Krystal say something the other day about their latch changing while they're getting used to having teeth too?mfd - read the leaflet
I think its ok though
Won't the leaflet always say no / tell your doctors first because it's not been tested? *confused*0 -
I think she did say it could affect latch, I'm pretty sure that the baby thrush symptoms bar white patches are similar to teething symptoms. Not until Wednesday.. we're learning trouble shooting then!

I just don't 'get' why I'm getting these pains,
Some medicines say BF safe on the leaflet ie paracetamol, gaviscon
