Woohoo another one maybe if we have enough locals we could do a midlands meet obviously anyone would be welcome and i would love to go to the manchester meets but its not feasable with the two older children and OH not being here. It would be lovely to get to know some of you fabulous ladies properly :-)

Sorry MFD i wasnt ignoring you i tend to skim through the thread sometimes or i just get completely lost. We went through the caves the other week and the woman mentioned they did weddings it all looked beautiful but seeing as it was february and i was freezing my !!! off i didnt really listen to her much. Would love to hear what it was like :-)

Hello everyone, long time no write!! I have been rubbish lately and too busy in RL. I am gonna have a quick scan back but there are loads of pages!!

Stayed the night at my mums last night with T, which was nice and Toby was v happy. He slept fine in the travel cot too so that was good and a relief!!

Randomly, entitledto says I am entitled to a substancial amount of council tax bnefit but everytime I have asked them I've been told no. So, I'm going to get a form tomorrow. It will cut my bill by a third!

I'm fasting from 8.30pm until about 11am tomorrow for a GTT, but before that deadline I am going to indulge in a luxury Hot Cross Bun from Aldi with proper butter!

Not sure if I said on here, but T recently started not wanting to take the TT CTN bottle of EBM when DH tried to give it to him at night. He kept throwing a mega paddy and getting all upset I mentioned this to a RL friend and she had another friend who went through exactly the same and she tried a Dr Browns bottle and her baby took it straight away. So I bought a Dr Browns bottle from boots on Friday as a last resort really and DH has given it to him the last 2 nights and so far so good!! So fingers crossed he will continue to take it Do any of you guys use these bottles too? xx

Lolly, try searching your name to check for any posts directed at you when you're not around... Saves you having to try and catch up completely...

Booboo, a friend used them for colic. Amber refused all sorts of bottles before settling on the TT CTN ones. It's just trial and error. But doesn't T have expensive tastes! Think they only with Dr Browns is that they used to discolour quickly but they were still fine to use. Don't know if it's still the same now.

Ha yeh tiamai, expensive taste like his dad Ah I didnt know about them discolouring, I will keep an eye on that. Im also tring to keep well out the way when he is having bottle as i dont think it helps when im around and he thinks he can have milk from me. Good point about it being trial and error, bit thick of me really as i never thought of it like that, as when he wouldnt take TT ones, I thought it was just bottles in general and not just that type. Doh!! Maybe I should have tried a cheaper type first, lol!!

Evening all... having a busy one here. We are taking it in turns to bring in cakes and it is my turn this week. I made a chocolate cake this morning, and am just waiting for the butter to soften to make the icing. And I have made cheese scones in feet shapes too Will save one to try them out on Izzy, as if she likes them it will be another job at the weekend, but save us a fortune on organix biccies!

I have a question - I pureed a load of avocado ages ago when it was on offer. What does avocado go with? Izzy doesn't seem to like it on it's own, but I thought maybe I could put it in a sandwich with something else, but I've got no idea what? Failing that I will make some guacamole next time we go to a party.

How is everyone? I hope all the poorlie mummies and babies are on the mend. Any news on Poppy?
