    Have you noticed how many childrens clothes have characters with one eye bigger than the other?? I have to be really careful because hubby really hates it if Benjamin wears something with one big eye, he says it freaks him out :rotfl::rotfl:

    And anyway, unless you buy all ready made food, it would be a lot of work to calculate what your child has. As long as my child is having a healthy balanced diet and is healthy I don't worry about details like that.

    I think one of her Toddler Lasagne's had something like 1.6g of salt in - they were telling her that was almost the daily allowance just in one meal.
    She said (something along the lines of) mothers should know the daily allowance and not be stupid enough to give their child a WHOLE portion!

    I wouldn't use any salt in J's cooking although I do in my own (don't tell OH :shhh:)
