Our daily intake of salt should be less than 6g (2.4g sodium) – we actually need much less than this. Most people in the UK currently consume more than 6g, but there are simple ways to cut down on our intake.
Banana = 1 mg sodium
467 mg potassium mg = milligram
Dont know how this fits in with babies

I just popped him in his bouncy chair while I went to the kitchen to make a drink - I rarely strap him in unless he's eating. I was gone 2 mins - he was on the floor when I came back!!!!! :eek:
Just put him back in and am watching him - he's arching his back until he slides off! Little b00ger!
csh - loving the expressions! So cute!

Weird! Do you think I'd freak him out, my eyes are different colours?!?0 -
ooh lovely pictures!! must go get some too
csh Chris said K is a lovely boy
Feely - no idea tbh, I look at the figures per 100g so I know what % of the food is what, our malted milk biccies are 0.22% salt, wotsits are 1.98% and special k is 1.15%
don't worry about it, no one bar me seems to so [strike]maybe[/strike] I'm being over cautious0
