I have a scary story to tell about when she was called to the labour ward but am waiting until Weezl & Mel have delivered before I share (unless someone else gets pg before then!)

Have you tried holding her the opposite way round so that she is the same way round as on the right? Or perhaps try feeding lying down? (If you don't already.)

Thanks, I tried the normal hold then rugby but she was so upset I gave up and put her on the right. I'll have to wait until she is hungry again and try a few other positions. She is otherwise fine but my breast is feeling hard so not sure if I should express?

gaaahhh! I msged an ebayer with a cheekily low offer to add BIN, they said they would for £10 more. I said fine and I'd pay straight away when it's on.
Then they changed their mind - booooooooo :( I want it!!!!!!

Jenny I'd express a bit, if she's fussy it'll be harder to get her onto a full breast and you'll both probably get soaked in the process.
I think most BFrs have been there, they like to test us these baby creatures :p

Possibly a good idea in the short term to avoid engorgement. Have you tried starting her off on the right and then switching her after she's had a little bit so she's still hungry enough to feed but isn't very hungry and likely to be less reasonable? Obviously that wouldn't be a good idea to do routinely but might be worth trying just to see if you can get her back feeding on that side.

    Yay for new bunnies

I can see a bunny or a guinea pig in our future as Katie loves to visit them at our local pet shop accompanied with "me buy one, big now!"

She is very pleased with herself as she she has been allowed to use scissors for the first time today - Grandma found some safe ones.

Jenny - not ignoring you but you're getting some good advice already.
