I guess that must've been in the civil war then? Must be very frustrating.

Does that mean there are people living who are unable to prove when they are born? I used to have a great great Uncle who didn't know what year he was born so wasn't sure exactly how old he was.

think it may have been after that.
yes there's lots of peeps who dodnt know their proper birthday. So there was a cut off point and they were all given passports as proof of age etc to claim pensions etc.

my mil was born on the 25may but her dad registered her birth as the 26may....

umm... weaning----i did try with kian the other week but he wasnt for having it, so waiting another few weeks. i'd rather do it when he's ready rather than feeding him baby rice rtc cos i want him to eat. he does watch us eating more and more so i know he's nearly there.

thanks for the link gisi!! :D

Afternoon all, well OH never ceases to amaze me... some flowers turned up this morning for V day!!! He 'doesnt do' birthdays/ anniversaries etc and never gives me flowers ... tough though as got nothing for him!!!

Nipped out for a couple of hours to a local farm place to give Henry a run around and all get some fresh air... nice for a change. Off for a curry and couple of drinks tonight with some friends, my mum and dad babysitting,.....

forgot to say, we never made it to duham massey, FIL missed the slip road on the M60, and there's no other turn off for altrincham. so we ended up driving around the M60 (i kid you not) and went to Hollingworth Lake instead lol!! about 15mins drive from us :D

Sami, have you tried spooning anything other than porridge? Caitlyn's not keen on porridge at all, but load a spoon with mashed potato or baked beans and she's diving at it...

I know what you mean about a break though... I've not really left her for more than a couple of hours... I'd love a break sometimes...

Oh and Pinkpig, I hope you were running the hoover round his side of the bed this morning ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Just tried Izzy on baked beans. They were a big NO. Which is a shame, as they would have expanded her options a bit. Never mind!
