I've just sent Google an email suggesting that perhaps it would be a good idea for them to include a little fanfare so when you complete all the items on your To Do list it rewards you a bit.

Perhaps I should get out more.

On a slightly more serious note, does anyone with older kids have a GMail account? Google Buzz is trying to make GMail do what Facebook does, but it's opt out rather than opt in, so if you don't turn it off varying amounts of personal information are available to anyone who's ever emailed you. There's a woman in Canada whose abusive ex was constantly emailing her, and when Google Buzz was turned on it revealed her location, workplace and boyfriend's name to him. She's now on the run.

Anyway, the "turn off Google Buzz" link is in tiny letters at the bottom of your inbox page if anyone wants to turn it off or has a kid using GMail and wants to turn it off for them.

Speaking of seeing, we need to get organised with this north east meet up. I think everyone seemed happy with the place Becles suggested (Giants Den?) but when would be a good date/time? Apart from the first and third Tuesday of every month, I'm fairly flexible as long as I know in advance but I know other people have constraints of work/older children etc.

Paediatrician today following up on Elijah's reflux; he's been on the meds (omeprazole and domperidone) for 7 months now. Everything fine but they're keeping him on them til he's 2 then we'll try dropping them and see what happens next. The good news is, from being at one point below the 0.3 centile line for weight (50th for height) at around 6 months or something, he is now 75th centile (and still 50th for height)! So clearly the meds and are diet regime are working well :D

:j for Elijah! The same meds haven't started to reflect a weight gain for Edward yet, but are certainly making him feel better in himself. Hope he soon follows Elijah and moves on from being tall but skinny! He's on the 50th for height and head circumference at the moment and on the 2nd for weight :(.

Sounds v annoying PP, but what does DH think about it? Have you discussed?

I've skimmed to catch up, sure I missed lots. Yay for Poppie and milk, boo for Tia's day, and that's about all I spotted really. Was there a mini-meet somewhere?

Thanks Maz and Karen on the genesreunited site comments - between the site and pestering my mum I am having good fun building a tree, all kinds of cool ancestors I wasn't aware of :)
3, Fritha, Glam, Mel and I went to a sling meet this afternoon.
Mel has a cute dinky bump so is obviously having an dainty lil girlie, she's also prettier in the flesh :)

Is E on the weights graph? shame we only go up to 1yr it would be good to see how he's gone on.

Have you tried ancestry website? I've seen it advertised but not used it.
