SM - how does zoe have her hair for school? do you put anything in/on it?
supposedly they don't like product so if you put it in a pony/plait/pig tails with hair spray or even leave in conditioner or something that should help keep them away once your rid. did you wash her sheets too?

    Congrats SJ :)

Our boogery Learn and Groove is broken, and it no longer says Sing It Baby. Their customer service is worse than useless - they want us to mail the whole thing to them, whereupon they will send us a repaired version/replacement in 2-3 MONTHS. This is a toy that has maybe 3-4 months of total usage in it ANYWAY and I am FURIOUS.

In other news, Molly just puked on my slipper, in my slipper and all over my hairbrush. And OH has stolen my nap. Gah.

Unfortunately so! Planned HB but he turned back to back and wasn't coming down after over 2 hours pushing so I went in for a forceps delivery _pale_

ETA and no not putting your foot in it at all. I will be writing a birth sroty soon (before I forget it all) and will be including all the gor details in there!! But feel free to ask away, I'm finding it therapeutic to speak about it at the moment to be honest as it was totally not what I had planned!
  • :hello: Hello all!

Well as I'm sure someone may have mentioned I am now a mummy to a beautiful baby boy!! I can now post here as a fully fledged parent!! :D:j

Alfie arrived very early Monday morning and is an absolute joy! Had a bit of the baby blues this morning after not much sleep and constant feeding but I have changed game plan today and feeling tons better! Even been out for a walk to take Alfie to meet his great grandparent!

Anyway off now as A is in his moses basket so I'm going to have a quick tidy up!!

Here is a link to some gratutious "look how fabulous my baby is" photos!! :p;)

Be back... when I get chance!!!

Congratulations :) He is a real cutie!

What is this tidying up of which you speak?!!

Well not quite managed to get started on it yet!! Got DH washing up tho :D

Might just take the mugs and stuff out of the living room (so they can get washed) and then that's my bit done!

They have these huge old fashioned style SC prams for babies to nap in - OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!

I've got a SC Kensington pram in navy. I love it and cried when Charlotte got too big for it. I took her out in all weathers in it and she was always snug in it.

Josh was in a cross country event when she was about 8 months old, and it was freezing temperatures and sleeting outside. She was out in the pram for about two hours and she wasn't bothered by the cold at all. She was well wrapped up in her sleeping bag and lots of layers.

Congrats Sarah Joanne - lovely pictures :)
Here I go again on my own....
