Speedy tidying up required here before play specialist comes round. You can tell we haven't had any home visits lately - the house is a state!Hopefully she'll bring the scales otherwise it's the clinic for us tomorrow or Thursday (mornings, ick!)

Friday sounds good is it usual time (11ish) I am not worried at all about 'normalness'...I would happily go along and meet a builder called Dave, knowingly;):) I just need to convince dh that I am not going to be kidnapped or god knows what he thinks *rollseyes*

Oh, question OH asked me yesterday.. Why when you're making up formula should you (according to the tin) use water only boiled once? *confused* What does it do to it when you boil it twice? :cool:0

Mel - hope all goes well for you today.
Glam - I want to shake you and hug you all at the same time. Please, please, please don't let words on a screen change your view of what you do in the flesh. Jack is a gorgeous little boy who is so contented and happy that even when you said he was being a grump the other day still gurgled and chatted at me whilst I cuddled him and even when Benjamin and I did our best to wake him just looked at us and went back to sleep. Why on earth would you let somebody else tell you that you are not doing the best for your child? My eyes and my arms tell me different. xxangelfairy wrote: »mfd - i'm sure i saw a post saying hubby is coming home but now i cant find it (confused smiley) and the neg test (you okay?) what happened with your tickets?
still trouble with sleep in the AF household, but i am struggling on, although i have been letting her come in with me early hours as getting up 5 or 6 times a night is doing in me in. must get strong again though.
Hiya AF - hubby is indeed home and has invited his mother round this afternoon *rolleyes* which I am not happy about because I am supposed to be working from home today (and I am doing 2 jobs atm). Will use the time to pop to the shops I think (is difficult when hubby can't do anything with Benjamin).
Fine about the test. Not bothered at all in fact, dunno how my not botheredness makes me feel *shrugs shoulders*
I only got 4 hours too so a bit tetchy.
Susan - can I ask that maybe you might remove the bit about 'maybe formula isn't as good a breastmilk' from your post. In the current situation even I don't want to hear Breast is Best any more and I BF. Not meant as a criticism but maybe we should all be a little more conscious of how others feel and may take our posts... Hope you don't mind....it may be related to the tetchiness noted aboveplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
