    Hi all :)

Sorry to hear about your nan Claire :(

Glam- please please don't feel bad over what turned into a ridiculous thread! To be honest I feel it is being milked ('scuse the pun) waaaaay too much now. Too many retaliation threads. You are a super mummy and however you feed your baby it doesn't alter how much you love them - I only bath Caitlyn once a week, but it doesnt mean I love her less than someone who bathes their baby every day :) I hope I worded that OK, I'm rubbish at stuff like that!

Well DH got in at 2am, so he came to school with me to take Josh, then came shopping with me and chose me a top for my birthday. He has to have 9 hours rest so didn't have to go back to work till 11 :)

    Ooh whingey baby, back soon!

It would be very silly not to take medication you need just so you can breastfeed :o

    very true!!

TBH if K had latched on etc and i hadnt had to change my meds i think i'd have been one of the mums who only feeds the baby in her own home. never really thought about having to feed him in public :o:cool:
expressing was definitely the better option for me that way (if i;d been able to continue) i'd have been able to leave the house! :rotfl:

Just a thought on the powder not being sterile thing.. the powder we add to Rhys' milk as a form of medication is actually formula milk that it says on the tin you must make up with hot boiled water etc etc and yet the doctors/nurses always added it to cold EBM, straight from the fridge and just shook it up.. can't see that method ever killing bugs in it *rolleyes* (my point being the pros don't stick to the rules ;))

Do you have a Bad Twin too? Wouldn't that make you triplets? Or are you the Bad Twin? Or have I completely missed something and just made no sense at all?

She and I were born on the same day, but she's a nicer person than I am. So I'm the bad twin :)

Oh, question OH asked me yesterday.. Why when you're making up formula should you (according to the tin) use water only boiled once? *confused* What does it do to it when you boil it twice?
It does something weird and makes tea taste bad.

I was looking for you last night to see if you were coming on Friday. Mel might be coming too so you can stare enviously at her bump.
I want to stare enviously at her bump! Or anyone's bump really, I'm not fussy. A colleague of mine just announced a very early pregnancy and aside from Weezl and Mel I've two RL friends due in June and March. I'm surrounded :T:o:(

No update from OH, he's waiting for the head of department to be out of surgery and will then talk to him.

PP I only bath Molly once a week too, and she missed this week because it's a two-person job. The dirt's not going to do her any harm - she made most of it anyway :)

It is also very silly when the Doctors won't prescribe the medication you need because you are breastfeeding, despite the experts saying that it is safe in breastfeeding.

the one i'm prescribed is the best for me. age, length of time etc with high BP. i'm only on the lowest dose of it.
Krystal very kindly checked this all out for me when i had to change meds after i had K.
the meds i was on while pg werent strong enough (i was on the max dose) to control my BP.
