    grrr

You know how my dog has a poorly paw so vet said no walkies?

Well obviously she still needs to poo, and i've been lazy and not picked it up for a week or so.

Anyway some yellow coated bloke just asked me if i'll go out and pick it up for "health and safety", i said yeah sorry i was gonna do it yesterday but didn't have time. He wants me to do it now... I said well can't i do it when they've gone? Then he started going on about how they'll get my garden finished quicker if i do it now.

There's no flipping way i'm going out there, i have no fence anymore and there's about 15 blokes in the garden, and i need to prepare myself for it, and i wretch :rotfl:

    What shall i doooooooooo?!!

Just tell them your not doing it and you will try and have it done for tommorrow.
  • Beenie your dilema made me smile. I can completely understand though. I have no problem with stinky nappies, but there is no way I could pick up dog poo! I'm no help am I. You need to psyche yourself up. Go Beanie Go Beanie, you can do it, you can do it!!!!

Go out there with a dustpan and a poop scraper and plead with one of them to do it for you cause your baby's just woken up and you cannnn't do it?

I sort of finished with "oh well i need to feed my baby so i'll do it in a bit"

But "in a bit" means school run time then Asda, so it's tough. They've blimming drove a tractor over my lawn so i've got no grass left and all the poo is mushed in the mud anyway. Goons.

Gonna have to leg it when i go out for the school run in case they shout at me :rotfl:

haha, i'll psyche myself up for doing it after they've gone but i can't do it with an audience. I'm gonna be brave and hide :rotfl:

Funny thing is i don't really mind picking it up when it's fresh (i.e warm lol!!) but it makes me gag when i know it's old and been rained on etc

Ewwww - i can't stand doing it when its still warm.
It's much better when its hardened - even better if you can do it first thing in the morning when theres a chance it'll be nice and hard and a little bit frozen!

:rotfl:This makes a change from talking about baby poo. :rotfl:

    :rotfl:

When i was new to dog owning i couldn't do warm ones, but after clearing the garden of soft ranined on mush with an old kids shovel and a carrier bag, i find it easier to do fresh ones. I always pick up when we're out, and i regularly rant about people that don't, but my garden is another story :o

It doesn't go hard or frozen :( It rains too often for it to ever solidify and it's never cold enough.

Last time i cleared the garden i noticed half of her poos contained lots of nappy gel stuff, cos the dirty oik kept nicking Ambers dirty nappies out of the bin and eating them _pale_
